I use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and sanitising products as standard.

To prepare for my site visit I ask that currently, where possible, you follow these guidelines.

​

​

- OPEN YOUR WINDOWS at least one hour before your scheduled appointment time to allow the room(s) to be as well ventilated as possible.  Windows should remain open for at least one hour after I have left

​

- REMOVE ALL OBJECTS, such as ornaments, pokers, fuel etc, from the hearth area.

​

- PROVIDE A CLEAR PASSAGE from the main entrance through to the fireplace area.  Remove any furniture (coffee tables etc) which are in the way of this route.

​

- ENSURE EASY ACCESS to a power supply near the hearth area.

​

Social distancing must be respected at all times during the visit and I will ask you to vacate the room during the sweeping process.

​

Unfortunately, I will not be accepting any tea, coffee or other drinks during this period.

​

You may pay by Card or Cash.  However, if you are paying cash, please have it set aside to conform with social distancing requirements.

IMPORTANT:  You must NOT book an appointment if you or any other person in your household has either Coronavirus (COVID-19), appears to have symptoms relating to the virus or are shielding because you are in a vulnerable group.
